Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”, a leading provider of integrated real estate platform, organized its Annual General Meeting of shareholders ("AGM") on January 24, 2020. FPT announced its highly successful year with growth in consolidated revenue and consolidated net profit by 56% y-o-y to 21,545 million baht and 62% y-o-y to 3,484 baht million baht respectively. Earnings per share almost tripled to 0.96 baht with dividend per share of 0.46 baht. All the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's notice of meeting dated December 24, 2019, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the AGM.
