Frasers Property Thailand enhances its leave and benefits policy to encourage greater Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the workplace

Respecting and valuing people for their individual uniqueness, Frasers Property Thailand improves its leave policy to better address the needs of all employees so as to promote equality and inclusion as well as achieve increased contentment in the workplace.

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or “FPT”, Thailand’s first integrated real estate platform, today unveiled the new employee leave and benefits policy providing greater and more flexible leave options, above and beyond what local laws require, to fulfill employees’ differing lifestyles and set a benchmark for more companies to embrace “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” (DEI).

With the new leave options, FPT employees now have more choices for leave to enable them to attend to important events in their lives. Without restricting to only marriage leave, employees can also now choose to take leave for marriage registration, a commencement day of their own for their family members, and family’s housewarming. For maternity leave, the option has now been enhanced to include family leave providing greater coverage for more employees. For instance, those who need to take care of family members due to illness or medical treatment. Moreover, any employee can take leave for gender reassignment surgery instead of sterilisation leave.

Frasers Property Thailand recognises and values individual differences, be they in gender, race, culture, socioeconomic status, experience, age, ability, or religion and beliefs.
