The industrial business of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited continues its collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) Company Limited, investing in and developing new distribution centres, including two buildings within the premises of Frasers Property Logistics Park (Bangna 2) in the Free Zone area on Bangna-Trat Road, km. 46, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province. This new project is strategically located within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), aligning with Thailand’s strategic focus on industrial and logistics development to support the growth of new and rapidly expanding S-Curve industries.
The new Free Zone Warehouse spans over 25,000 square metres and integrates smart and sustainable design concepts. Moreover, it distinguishes itself by adhering to the Thai Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability (TREES) standards. Completion of this distribution centre is expected in November 2024.
