Frasers Property Thailand’s industrial business has reaffirmed its market leadership position in industrial and logistics with two international awards – ‘Best Industrial Developer Thailand’ from World Economic Magazine Awards, a financial and economic online magazine from the United States, and ‘Green Leadership’ from the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) that recognises and honours deserving Asian businesses for championing sustainable and responsible business practices.
Mr. Peerapat Srisukont, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the industrial business at Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or “FPT”, said, “These two international awards are a testament to the company’s leadership status in the industrial property sector and reflect our commitment to developing high-quality, rental factories and warehouses in various specifications tailored to customer needs and aligned to sustainable business practices. To meet Frasers Property Group’s sustainability goal of becoming a net-zero carbon organisation by 2050, the company has pledged for new projects to be built to sustainability standards. This has led to the development of ASEAN’s largest and most advanced sorting centre for SPX Express Thailand.”
