Inspiring experiences, creating places for good.
Our purpose is the reason why we are in business and why we do things the way we do. Our shared purpose, culture and values of being collaborative, respectful, progressive and real – enable us to conduct our business that is delivered to our stakeholders each day.
We deliver ‘inspiring experiences’ for our customers, employees, investors, partners and our suppliers. We do this by striving to find better solutions, encouraging ourselves and one another to go beyond the usual and trying to always do the best for both our society and our planet.
We ‘create places for good’ in our workplaces, our negotiations, our business interactions and in the physical spaces we create. We also strive to always deal fairly and ethically, while encouraging innovative thinking and creating opportunities for people to do great.
Our purpose challenges us to innovate and reinvent ourselves as we continue building a more resilient, future-ready business, which is helping to deliver a more sustainable, inclusive and healthier world for all.

Decarbonisation
Frasers Property is the first SGX-listed real estate company to fully commit to net-zero carbon by 2050, encompassing Scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions across our real estate value chain. To help realise a carbon-neutral future, we are introducing innovative solutions in different asset classes across our footprint.
Learn moreLasting impact for good
We look at creating lasting impact across three dimensions: for people and communities, to build a more inclusive and resilient society, and support a sustainable environment for our planet we share as home.
Planet
Taking a whole-of-environment approach to reduce real estate's reliance on carbon, while consuming and producing responsibly.
People
We adopt a stakeholder-level approach to ensuring we do good, for the long run.
Society
Building connectivity and resilience amongst people is necessary to reduce inequalities and enable better access.
Net-zero Carbon
Reducing carbon intensity by 2050 across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
Great place to work
Ensuring employees benefit from a healthy, safe, and supportive workplace.
COVID-19 Response
Providing our support with beds and aid while promoting high vaccination rates.

Net-zero Carbon
Real estate contributes approximately 40% of global greenhouse emissions, primarily from materials used in construction and maintaining operations with electricity. Taking our corporate responsibility seriously, we are the first SGX-listed real estate company to commit to achieving net-zero carbon by 2050, inclusive of Scopes 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Fundamental to our sustainability approach is our people’s understanding – we organise an Environment Month annually and train all our people on sustainability.

Great place to work
Our success is down to our people, which in turn draws strength from an open, safe and supportive working environment. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the definition of workplace with work-from-home restrictions impacting all businesses. However, every challenge presents a new opportunity and we continue to advance and bring a great workplace for employees. In July 2021, our Australian business achieved the highest Platinum WELL Certification by the International WELL Building InstituteTM, from its previous gold standard awarded in 2017. To better achieve our purpose-driven strategy, we are listening and taking action to support the wellbeing of our people with our Culture Survey results.

COVID-19 Response
The health and wellbeing of all our stakeholders remain our top priority in the current pandemic. For our employees, we started with a vaccination sentiment pulse survey, which enabled the development of local strategies to support and encourage high vaccination rates amongst our work force. To ensure safe and healthy buildings, new measures and initiatives aligned with global standards were quickly implemented in our properties across the footprint. This includes the deployment of autonomous UV robots to sterilise high-traffic locations in commercial buildings across Singapore and Thailand. In Thailand, we offered our spaces to support public vaccination drives and rapidly transformed three industrial facilities for use in the community as isolation and recovery facilities and field hospitals.
Building Materials
Using safer and greener building materials contribute to better communities and planet.
Innovation & Learning
Promoting a learning culture to be future-ready, led by innovation.
Inclusive Spaces
Investing in our community by spurring better inclusivity and accessibility in real estate spaces.

Building Materials
Our choice of building materials makes a difference. We are committed to green buildings and standards for better optimising the use of resources and providing healthy environments for people. We rolled-out a Group Responsible Sourcing Policy outlining our commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) best practices to source and procure responsibly and the expectations we have of our suppliers. Building on our Burwood Brickworks Living Building Challenge® Petal Certification, we launched Greensheet, Australia’s first full publicly shared list of building materials, to accelerate positive change in the construction materials supply chain

Innovation & Learning
We are in a period of unprecedented change, and we believe the resilience of our people helps our business stay relevant. To meet the expectations of all our stakeholders, we are focused on inculcating a customer-centric mindset with an open and collaborative learning culture. We support and encourage innovation and learning by enabling synergistic business partnerships together with an inhouse Design Thinking curriculum in the pursuit of continuous improvements towards excellence.

Inclusive Spaces
Inclusive Spaces is a key community investment initiative aimed at building more inclusive communities via a Design Thinking conversation around the accessibility of real estate spaces. We believe real estate can promote better resilience by focusing on wellbeing and inclusion, particularly during the pandemic with billions affected by lockdowns. With thorough planning and transformation, we bring people together for social connectedness and community resilience, thereby, improving their long-term health and sustainability.
Waste & Water
Prudence towards consuming water and producing waste is core to our sustainability practices.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Instilling a progressive and inclusive culture where everyone belongs and is mutually respected.
Building Health
Improving the health, safety and wellbeing of tenants and customers with our spaces.

Waste & Water
At Frasers Property, we recognise the scarcity of water and are equally focused on the reduction and curtailment of waste generation. The World Bank estimates waste generation from cities is expected to increase by an estimated 70% from 2016 to 2050. Taking a two-prong approach to waste, we are actively reducing construction waste and operational building waste from employees, customers and tenants. To consume water responsibly, we are tracking water consumption for all landlord and tenanted assets globally and substantially increasing water efficiency and recycling with safe reuse of discharged water.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We believe our diversity brings us closer to the communities we serve. Guided by our Purpose, we are creating, inspiring and nurturing an inclusive culture that unlocks the power of diverse teams to drive Frasers Property forward. Our values drive everything we do, which are core to creating safe places where everyone belongs, is mutually respected and feels empowered to be authentic at work. Working collaboratively makes us progressively stronger and better as an organisation, which helps our people to thrive each day. In FY21, we established our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Framework with a taskforce to advance on this commitment.

Building Health
Across our multinational business, we take steps to enhance the health and wellbeing of our employees, tenants and communities, by incorporating wellness features in our properties. Farnborough Business Park in the UK became the first commercial site in the world to receive a 3-star Fitwel rating. Frasers Property UK also holds the largest Fitwel-certified portfolio in the world. In Melbourne, Burwood Brickworks features residential homes set in lush open parklands and landscaped parks with a retail mall – the world’s most sustainable shopping centre – that includes a 2,500m2 urban organic and chemical-free farm planted with over 200 varieties of food crops.
